Hultberg SHERMAN - Jonathan F. "Jon"
Hultberg, 60, of Sherman died Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008, at St. John's Hospital. He was born in
Crawfordsville, Ind., on Jan. 29, 1948, the son of Chet and Charlotte Collins
Hultberg. He was preceded in death by his wife Sherrie in 2002 and his parents. Jon was a ministry coordinator and a member of Calvary Temple. He was the owner of Renaissance Search, a consulting firm to the medical field.Surviving are his two daughters,
Rebecca (Josh) Baker of Springfield and Diana (Justin) Tull of Carmel, Ind.; five grandchildren; and a brother, Nels
Hultberg. Arrangements are under the direction of
Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 E. Allen St., where visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008. Additional visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, at Calvary Temple until time of funeral services there at 10:30 a.m., with the Revs. Mark Johnson and Paul Rose officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded by the
Bisch Crematory following the service. Private
internment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Freedom In Truth Ministry, 103 Royal Oak Drive,

Fane started school with us, but he left (perhaps in 9th grade) before he could graduate with us.
He always came to the reunions.

Eyler, 60, of
Greencastle, formerly of Fort Wayne,
died Wednesday at the I.U. Medical Center in Indianapolis. Born April 21, 1948 in
Crawfordsville, he was the son of
George Howard and Shirley P. (Kennedy)
Eyler DeKoff. He was a graduate
of Crawfordsville High School’s class of 1966 and graduated from
Indiana University in May of 1994 with a BA in general studies. He was the Department Director of Culinary Arts at Ivy
Tech Community College in Fort Wayne for 25 years and had
previously worked and managed
Windy Hill Country Club and the
Greencastle Elks. Survivors include his parents, Shirley and Irving
DeKoff of
Lake Helen, Fla.; a sister, Teresa Parrish, and her husband, William,
ofGreencastle; a brother, Phil
Eyler, and his wife, Susan, of
Loogootee;a daughter, Marcie
Youtz, and her husband, Jim, of
Venturia, Calif.; a sister, Sheila Waggoner, and her husband, Kenny, of
Coateville; a sister, Brenda Combs, and her husband, Mike, of Bloomfield; two grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother,
Larry Eyler. Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday at the
Bittlesand Hurt Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the
